Scientist-B
The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), functioning under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), has released the detailed notification for recruitment to 133 Scientist-B posts in the year 2026. Through this recruitment, candidates holding a valid GATE score will be selected for the Scientist-B post, which is equivalent to a Group-A, Level-10 position. The selection is based on a valid GATE score (2024/2025/2026), followed by document verification and a Personal Interaction/Interview. There is no written exam conducted separately by CERT-In. The selected candidates will be placed at Level-10 of the 7th CPC pay matrix, and the job location can be anywhere in India or outside India.
