Applications are invited for filling up 5 (five) posts of Assistant in the Pay Matrix level -6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-) by deputation (including short-term contract) in Farakka Barrage Project, a subordinate office under MoJs. DoWR, RD&GR.

1. Brief Job Responsibilities: Responsible for fulfilling the file works assigned to him by Section Officers regarding establishment, general administration, vigilance, estate, procurement, budget, finance, coordination, etc. and to keep vigil on file management and movement of files.

2. Period Of Deputation: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization Department of Central Government shall be not exceeding three years.

4. Number of Posts : 05 (Five)

5. Classification: General Central Service Group 'B' Non-Gazetted, Ministerial

6. Pay Band/Grade Pay: Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the pay matrix.

7. Period of deputation: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/ Department of Central Government shall be not exceeding three years.

8. . Duties and responsibilities of the post: Responsible for fulfilling the file works assigned to him by Section Officers regarding establishment, general administration, vigilance, estate, procurement, budget, finance, coordination, etc. and to keep vigil on file management and movement of files. holding analogous posts on regular basis; or with 10 years regular service in the Level-4 (Rs. 25500-8100) in the pay matrix in the parent cadre/department; and possessing Degree from a recognised University.
