1. Position: Assistant (Level-4) – Office (02) UR-1; ST-1*

2. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 28,470/- (Per Month)

3. Qualification: Graduation (except professional courses like Engineering/ Technology/ Medicine) with certificate course in PC Operation from reputed/ recognized institution (or) Degree having computer operation as one of the subjects is essential

4. Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in relevant area. Pass in type writing higher (English/Hindi) is preferable.

1. Position: Assistant (Level-4) – Quality (01) EWS-1

2. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 28,470/- (Per Month)

3. Qualification: Diploma in Metallurgy/ Material Science/Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Technology/Textile Engineering with minimum 60% of marks with minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.

4. Experience: Should have working experience of Quality control in Armour industry and working knowledge of various ballistic national & international standards like MHA, BIS, NIJ, STANAG, VPAM, GOST etc.

1. Position: Associate (Level-II) – Material Management (01) UR-1

2. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 52,000/- (Per Month)

3. Qualification:60% of marks in BE/B.Tech and MBA preferably in Materials Management / PG Diploma in Materials Management. Degree in law preferred.

4. Experience: Should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant area. Candidates with experience of ERP environment in Materials Management will be preferred

1. Position: Associate (Level-II) – Quality (02) UR-1; OBC-1

2. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 52,000/- (Per Month)

3. Qualification: 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Textile Engineering/ Ceramic Engineering/ Polymer Technology with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.

4. Experience: (i)The post qualification experience should be in the field of personal body equipment/vehicle armour/ group protection equipment process control area.

(ii)Working knowledge of various ballistic national & international standards like MHA, BIS, NIJ, STANAG, VPAM, GOST etc.

(iii)Should be able to optimize process parameter during manufacturing of BR Products such as BR Jacket, BR Helmet, BR Vest etc.

(iv)Should have knowledge about ballistic and non-ballistic material.

(v)Should have knowledge about quality equipment to be used during manufacturing of BR Products.

(vi)Should be able to prepare standard operating procedure (SOPs) for each type BR Products

Selection Procedure

1. Subsequent to written test, trade/Proficiency test will also be conducted at a later date for posts at Serial No.1&2, to those candidates who are further shortlisted in the written exam for posts at Serial No.1&2. If the written test / trade test cannot be conducted on the same day, it will be conducted on the next day or on a later date.

2. Medium of selection tests (written / trade/Proficiency test) will be English only.

3. Candidates, who fulfil all the requisite parameters and QRs, shall only be allowed to appear for written test/Proficiency test/Interviews.
