Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Professor

• Essential: Ph.D. Degree in concerned/relevant/allied discipline. Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of at least fifteen years of teaching/research in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of higher education.
• Publications: Minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Research Score: A minimum of 110 Research Score as per Part E of the notice.

Eligibility for Associate Professor

• Essential: Ph.D. Degree in concerned/relevant/allied discipline. Post-Ph.D. experience and publications as per UGC Regulations 2018 (amended from time to time).

Eligibility for Assistant Professor

• Essential: Ph.D. Degree in concerned/relevant/allied discipline (or as per UGC Regulations 2018).
• Experience: Post-qualification experience may be required for certain posts as per the specific requirement of the department.

Eligibility for Principal (Pachhunga University College)

• Essential: Ph.D. Degree.
• Experience: Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of at least fifteen years of teaching/research in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of higher education.
• Publications: Minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Research Score: A minimum of 110 Research Score as per Part E of the notice.

Eligibility for Assistant Librarian
