Eligibility Criteria for MOIL Manager Survey Post

Qualification

• Graduate degree from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% marks.
• Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in underground mine surveying.
• For PSU or Government candidates: Experience in the immediate lower IDA pay scale of ₹40,000–1,40,000 or equivalent CDA pay scale.
• For internal MOIL candidates: 1 year of experience in the lower pay scale.
• For private-sector candidates: Minimum annual CTC of ₹9.94 lakh.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 35 years as of 7 October 2026.
