Recruitment Of Assistant Executives In ‘E2’ Grade Through CLAT-2021
1. Position: Assistant Executive (Law)

3. CLAT: CLAT 2021 (for Post Graduate Programme)
4. Minimum Essential Qualification:
Candidates should hold a Graduate Degree in any discipline and Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Equivalent. Candidates holding 5 years Integrated LLB Degree is also eligible to apply. The candidate shall have enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of India/ State Bar Council. Working knowledge of Kannada is desirable.

Pay Scale: INR 50000 - 160000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
a) The selection methodology will comprise of initial shortlisting based on CLAT 2021 score followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test, as the case may be, to the selection process.
b) Only those candidates who meet all eligibility criteria, applicable to them, as mentioned in this advertisement shall be considered for shortlisting for GD and PI.
c) The short-listing of candidates for appearing in GD and PI will be done based on the valid score obtained by them in the CLAT 2021 (as applicable). Score of any previous CLAT examination will not be considered.
d) The candidates will be called for GD and Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:5 (i.e.1 Post: 5 candidates, as per the reservation of posts). In case multiple candidates are having same CLAT marks, then the candidate who has got higher marks in the essential qualification mentioned
e) The Final merit list of candidates shall be prepared based on total sum weightage of CLAT score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview marks as per the prevailing rules of MRPL.
How to Apply:
Step 1: Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria for the post, may visit the website https://www.mrpl.co.in/careers and Click on “Advt.No.81/2022: Recruitment of Assistant Executives in ‘E2’ Grade of Management Cadre through CLAT 2021”. Click on “Click here to register online” for generating Login ID and Password
Step 2: After generating Login ID and Password, click on “Sign In” for logging in to apply for the suitable post. Furnish particulars/details pertaining to educational qualifications, caste etc. and such other information as sought in the online application form.
Step 3: Upon submission of particulars (Step 2), the online system will generate an Application ID which will be sent to the candidate through email/SMS.
Step 4: Next step to be followed by the candidates shall be as under: Click on ‘Pay Now’ and Select Payment Category as “Advt. 81/2022” and then complete the payment process submitting the relevant details like Application ID etc. and making online payment of application fees of Rs.100/-. Upon payment, save and take a print of the payment confirmation receipt for further application process and records. This also needs to be uploaded in the next stage.
1. Once the submission of application is complete, candidate must keep PDF format of the ONLINE application form in their safe custody for future reference. Candidates do not have to send this printout to MRPL.
