LTMG Hospital & Medical College (MGCM) Invites Application for 52 Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026

Candidates must apply offline by following the process below. Applications sent through any other mode will not be accepted.

1. Obtain Application Form: The prescribed application form is available in person at R. No 15, Cash Section (Head Clerk-Cash) of LTMG Hospital & Medical College, Sion, Mumbai.
2. Timing for Form Collection: Forms can be obtained on working days between 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
3. Fill the Form: The form must be filled in the candidate's own handwriting and complete in all respects. A recent passport-size photograph must be affixed.
4. Attach Documents: Attach attested photo copies of all required documents (list provided in the notification).
5. Submit the Form: The completed application form should be submitted to the Central Dispatch Section of LTMG Hospital & Medical College, Sion, Mumbai 400 022.
6. Deadline: Ensure the application reaches on or before 24th July 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
7. Application Fee: Pay the application fee as per the prescribed amount when submitting the form.

Note: Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained.

• Contractual Appointment: This appointment is purely on a contract basis and is not regular. Services can be terminated if not required.
• Age Limit: Not more than 38 years as on the date of the advertisement.
• Language Requirement: SSC or HSC passed with Marathi subject is mandatory. MS-CIT certificate is also mandatory. These can be submitted within 3 (MS-CIT) and 6 (Marathi) months from the appointment date if not available at the time of interview.
• NOC: Candidates in service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous employer.
• Leave Eligibility: Selected candidates are only eligible for Casual Leave and Special Casual Leave as per specific circular.
• Resignation: A one-month notice period is required for resignation.
• Right to Terminate: The Municipal Commissioner reserves the right to stop the selection process at any stage.
• Document Verification: Candidature can be cancelled if any false information or documents are found.
• Transfer: Selected candidates can be transferred to any Municipal Medical College as required.
