Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
General Requirement (For all posts):
- Must have passed 10th/SSC or equivalent.
- Must have passed the Marathi language subject (100-mark question paper) in the 10th or an equivalent examination, as per Maharashtra State Board norms.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Marathi.
Specific Requirements:
- For Electrician, Wireman, Lift Operator, Training Assistant (Sr. No. 3 to 8): Must hold a wireman license from the Maharashtra Public Works Department, OR an ITI/NCTVT pass certificate in Electrician/Wireman trade. Must pass a departmental trade test.
- For Sweeper, Ward Attendant, Ayah, Gardener, Porter, Worker (Sr. No. 9 to 18 & 23): Must pass a departmental trade test.
- For Ambulance Attendant, Hearse Attendant (Sr. No. 19, 20): Must pass a departmental trade test.
- For Tailor (Sr. No. 24): Must have a certificate of satisfactorily completed 1-year training in tailoring and cutting from a recognized institution, OR a satisfactorily completed minimum 20-week Advanced Tailoring Course from Shramik Vidyapeeth. Must pass a departmental trade test.
Educational Qualification & Experience:10th/SSC pass with Marathi language proficiency. Additional trade-specific qualifications and tests are required for skilled posts (Electrician, Wireman, Tailor, etc.).
Skills:As per the job role (electrical work, sweeping, patient care, tailoring, driving, etc.). Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
