Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- For Senior Research Fellow: First class MSc in Physics/Material Science/Electronics with minimum 2 years of research experience, one publication in a SCI Journal, and at least two years of post-MSc research experience; OR M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Electronics with at least 60% marks. Preference for NET/GATE qualified candidates.
- For Junior Research Fellow: First class MSc in Physics/Material Science/Chemistry. Must have CSIR UGC NET (Lectureship qualification also eligible) or a valid GATE score/qualification.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
