Educational Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Communication/ Social Science /Humanities from a reputed University/ institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, implementing and monitoring of communication activities. A good understanding of new media and traditional media, ATL / BTL and other media vehicles Outstanding communication, project management and organizational skills Experience in design, implementation and monitoring of development strategies. Good knowledge of national, state, district level government administrative structures and processes.
