Educational Qualification:
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
(i) 12th Class pass or Equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m & 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
(i) Degree of a recognized University or Equivalent
(ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m & 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
Stenographer:
(i) 12th Class pass or Equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University with Computer literacy.
(ii) A typing speed of 80 w.p.m. speed in shorthand in English or Hindi.
Pay Scale:
INR
19900-81100/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 27 Years.
Selection Procedure: Selection shall be through competitive Online Computer Based Test consisting of object type questions on the basic knowledge of English, Science, Mathematics, General Knowledge/Awareness (including current affairs), Reasoning and Computer aptitude and quantitative aptitude.
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per post is prescribed. The candidates can deposit the application fee through the online payment gateway available at the APPLICATION PORTAL using SCANNER QR Code. SC/ST/Person with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen/women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research broad and the overall objective is to sustain and develop a national research database on cancer, diabetes, CVD and stroke through recent advances in electronic information technology with a national collaborative network, so as to undertake aetiological, epidemiological, clinical and control research in these areas.
NCDIR Plans, directs, develops, supports, coordinates and evaluates a national programme of cancer surveillance involving the collection and analysis of reliable data on magnitude and patterns of cancer so as to answer key questions about cancer incidence and mortality in different population.

Interested candidates can pursue courses in Master’s Degree in Computer Application, Information Technology, Computer Science from recognized University OR B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology; Bachelors Degree in Statistics / Biostatistics and M.Sc Degree in Statistics / Biostatistics; Graduate in any subject; 12th pass in Science Stream with mathematics as a subject + speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer; 12th Pass + A typing speed of 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi on computer OR 10500 key Depressions per hour in English /9000 key depressions per hour in Hindi.
