Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Young Professional (Data Analyst)

  • Essential Qualification:
    Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Public Policy, or Data-intensive related field such as Applied Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in MS Excel, Basic understanding of databases and data management. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience:
    Minimum one year of post-qualification professional experience in the relevant field, preferably in Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Body.
  • Desirable:
    Candidates with Master's Degree in the relevant field will be given preference.

Eligibility for Young Professional (Research Analyst)

  • Essential Qualification:
    Master's Degree from a recognized University or Institution in Public Policy, Social Work, Economics, Sociology, Social Anthropology, Political Science, or Comparative Religion.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in drafting reports, background papers, notes, and briefs; Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience:
    Minimum one year of post-qualification professional/research experience in the relevant field in a Government Department/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Body.

Terms and Conditions

  • Contract Nature: The engagement is fee-based consultancy, not a regular appointment. No right to government service is conferred.
  • Period of Contract: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance, fitness, and organizational requirement.
  • Age Limit: Should be below 35 years.
  • Leave: 1.5 days per completed month (no accumulation beyond a calendar year).
  • Termination: One month's notice or one month's remuneration in lieu thereof.
  • Insurance & Taxes: Candidates are responsible for their own insurance (life/health). TDS will be deducted at source as per rules.

Constitution of India doesn't define the word 'minority' but has used the word minorities considering two attributes religion or language of a person. For minorities constitution of India has envisaged a number of rights and safeguards. Original notification of 1993 was for Five religious communities Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, Christians and Muslims.
