Assistant Director (Legal)

Number of Vacancy: 01 Posts

Educational Qualification:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
ii. 2 years’ post qualification experience in the areas of legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals preferably in banks/financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software. Desirable:- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recovery related matters including SARFAESI Act etc..

Pay Scale:
INR
56,100-1,77,500/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.
