For all posts: Master's Degree in Disaster Management, Public Policy, Sociology, Social Work, Political Science, Geography, Management, Law, or related fields. Desirable: Ph.D., M.Phil., research experience, published papers.

- Lead Consultant: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in relevant field, including policy planning with national agencies.
- Senior Consultant (Policy Planning & Mainstreaming): Minimum 5 years experience in policy plans, guidelines, disaster management.
- Senior Consultant (Heritage Sites & Structures): Minimum 5 years experience in heritage conservation, management of historical monuments/museums.
- Consultant (Disaster Management): Minimum 3 years experience in disaster management policy and planning.
