Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Consultant (Admn.)

• Essential Qualification: Retired from pay level 6 to 8 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC. Must have working knowledge of computer applications in day-to-day office functioning.
• Experience (Roster Reservation): Minimum five years of experience in handling reservation and other HR-related issues.
• Experience (Pay Fixation): Minimum five years of experience in handling pay fixation and other HR-related issues.

Salary / Remuneration

The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration. The amount is calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. For persons retired under NPS, an amount equivalent to 30% of the last basic pay drawn is deducted from the last basic pay, and the resultant amount is fixed as the monthly remuneration. No DA/HRA or residential accommodation is admissible. Transport Allowance is allowed at the rate applicable at the time of retirement.

The engagement is purely on a contract basis. Applications received will be shortlisted based on the experience and qualifications of the applicants. Shortlisted candidates will be selected based on an interview. NESTS reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
