Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc
Eligible & interested candidates are invited for Online Interview (Through Microsoft Teams) for the following purely temporary position of Project Associate-I under the Project "Development of 3 Tier monitoring mechanism for ensuring compliance of environmental conditions (CNP-2730) tenable at CSIR- NEERI Nagpur.
1. Post Name: Project Associate-I
2. No. of Post: 01
3. Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Chemical/Mechanical/Environment Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
4. Job Requirement: Computational Fluid dynamics (CFD), Modelling, CAD Software, Programming Languages (C++, Python)
5. Monthly Emoluments: Rs.31000/-+ HRA to Scholars who are selected through National eligibility tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship Professorship) or GATE or (b)A (Assistant selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. 25000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under above.

Age Limit: 35 years
Selection Procedure
1. Selection is to be done on the basis of online Interview through MS Team. Date of interview will be notified separately through e-mail. Application orm for particular position code can be filled online for particular position which is available on the CSIR-NEERI website (www.neeri.res.in).
2. All manpower positions in the project are on contract basis and will be co-terminus with the project. Only those candidates who have completed the essential qualification & result has been declared are eligible to apply.
3. The shortlisted applicants shall be required to appear the interview through MS team.
4. The shortlisted candidates have to be available on the date of Online Interview from 10.00 A.M. onwards and will be called anytime during the allocated time period (if any change is there, they will be accordingly intimated). Upon selection/empanelment, the original documents including eligibility qualifications, age and relaxation will be verified, if any discrepancy is found, the selection/empanelment stands cancelled

CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute was established in 1958, initially it was named as CPHERI, later named as National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI). NEERI is constituent laboratory of CSIR created and funded by Govt. of India and falls under the Ministry of Science and Technology (India). CSIR-NEERI is established in Nagpur and is pioneer laboratory in the field of environmental science and engineering. Five zonal centers of CSIR-NEERI have been established in Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
