Educational Qualification

• Essential: LLB OR Post Graduate in Social Science (Political Science, Sociology, International Relations, Social Work, Human Rights, Developmental Communications, etc.) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
• Desirable: M.Phil, LLM, Ph.D., research experience, published papers, and post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Experience

• One year research experience in Government / Semi-Government / International Agencies / NGOs OR One year legal experience.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Consolidated Pay: Rs. 70,000/- per month (Inclusive of Taxes).
• Annual Enhancement: Rs. 5,000/- increase per year.
• Travel: Official travel entitlement includes AC 2 Tier Rail / Economy Air with hotel, taxi, and food reimbursement as per rules.
• Leave: 1.5 days per completed month (non-accumulative beyond the calendar year).
