Educational Qualification: Ph.D. (Food Tech. / Food Science and Technology related areas e.g. Food Engineering, Dairy Tech, Food Technology & Management, Food Science)/(Chemical Engineering)/(Biotech)/(Post Harvest Technology) Physics/Chemistry along with: a) Exposure in the area of nano-biotech (including synthesis of nanomaterials, Nano-emulsions, bioactive Nano formulations and nano-coatings) or coating of fruits for extending their shelf life b) There must be minimum one research publication (as per ‘a)’ above in support of exposure claim Experience above. However it is desirable to have more publications in the stated area.
