NIT Rourkela, an Institute of National Importance under Ministry of Education, Government of India invites applications from Indian nationals possessing excellent academic background along-with commitment to quality teaching and research for Adhoc Positions with the following requirements in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering possessing requisite educational qualification and other details as below. 1. Name of the Post: Adhoc Faculty 2. No. of Positions: 05 3. Department: Department of Computer Science and Engineering 4. Educational Qualification: Ph. D. / M. Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering with 60 % marks or 6.5 CGPA from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university with previous teaching experience at a similar level to be given preference. Candidates with Ph.D. or without Ph. D. are encouraged to attend the walk-in-interview. 5. Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs.70,900/- per month (candidates with Ph. D. degree) and Rs.57,700/- per month (candidates without Ph. D. degree) 6. Period of engagement: From April 2022 to July 2022 (Tentatively). This may be further extended based on performance and requirement of the department.

Prospective candidates may send their detailed CV along with an application/cover letter to the concerned Head of the Department at the earliest by email only. Please bring a set of self attested photocopies of your academic credentials along with the original certificates and two passport size photos on the day of interview. For any further details, the candidates may contact the concerned Head of the Department. This position is purely temporary and the same may be terminated by giving a notice from either side.
