Applications are invited on prescribed format (On-line) for the temporary post of "Research Assistant” for the Project entitled “Promoting Start up Intent for ‘Aatma Nirbhar Bharat’ among Science and Technology Students in Institutes of National Importance”. Selected candidate may enroll in Ph.D. Programme in the School of Management, National Institute of Technology Rourkela based on Institute norms and regulations. 1. Position: Research Assistant 2. Project Code: SR/22/SM/003 3. Name of the Research: Project Promoting Start up Intent for “Aatma Nirbhar Bharat” among Science and Technology Students in Institutes of National Importance. 4. Tenure of the Project: 02 years( from 01.04.2022-31.03.2024) 5. Tenure of the Assignment: 02 years 6. Job Description: Literature Review, Data Collection, Data Analysis using SPSS, AMOS, Draft Preparations and Report Writing. 7. Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: INR 20,000/- per month 8. Essential Qualifications and experience: Post Graduate in Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks. 9. Desirable Qualifications / Exp: M.Phil, Ph.D.

Selection Procedure
1. Date and Time for On-line Interview (Google Meet): 20.04.2022 at 10:30 am
2. Mere possession of minimum qualification does not guarantee invitation to the interview. Candidates will be short listed based on merit and need of the project.

2. Candidates will build a Single PDF file; it is to be sent to Principal Investigator ([email protected])on or before 17.04.2022, 2359 HRS. The candidates are also required to produce relevant documents mentioned in the application form [such as original of all mark sheets and certificates, research papers (if any), experiencecertificate (if any) etc.] at the time of interview / joining. Selection / Joining will be canceled in case of any suppression of information / document providedearlier.
