Educational Qualification:
Technical Manager (Mechanical): BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Desirable: 1. AEA / Certified energy Auditor from BEE 2. GHG Lead Verifier (ISO - 14064)
Technical Manager (Metallurgy): BE / B Tech in Metallurgy Engineering Desirable:1. AEA / Certified energy Auditor from BEE 2. GHG Lead Verifier (ISO – 14064).
Technical Manager (Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation): BE / B Tech in Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation Desirable: 1. AEA / Certified energy Auditor from BEE 2. GHG Lead Verifier (ISO – 14064)
HR Manager: Graduation with MBA in Human Resource Management (Regular).
Technical Assistant to Director: Engineering Graduate (Preferably Mech. /Mett. /Elect.) Desirable skills: Advance techniques in computer application, good communication skills and skills in preparation of presentation (PPT), Technical assistance in preparing reports etc.
Pay Scale:
INR
50000-125000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

The National Institute of Secondary Steel Technology (NISST) was established on 18th August 1987 to meet the need for Human Resource Development and Technology up-gradation in the secondary steel sector comprising mainly the steel melting units with EAF or IF,and the re-rolling units.
The Institute is managed by a Board of Governors consisting of member from industry, Education Institutions, Industrial Associations & Ministry of Steel.
NISST has aims to be source for all the requirements of the secondary steel sector by providing training to manpower by way of both long term and short term courses. Extend consultancy service to the industry , provide research & development services.
