Number of Vacancy: 01 Posts
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Material Science and Metallurgy) with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA and above preferably with GATE qualified. Or, ME / M.Tech in Manufacturing/ Machine Design/(CAD/CAM)/Robotics & Automation with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA with GATE/without GATE Score. Desirable: Experience in handling projects (may be in B. Tech final year project) related to Manufacturing, Machine Design/(CAD/CAM)/Robotics & Automation, FE modelling and simulation, etc. Software- SolidWorks, FEA software, ORIGIN, MATLAB etc.
Pay Scale: INR 9000/- Per Month
Age Limit: As Per Rules.

Selection Procedure: The selection process will be based on the basis of interview. The appointment will be purely on contract basis, the post has been created for the execution of the research project and selected candidates shall not be an employee and should not have any claim of any benefit on that account. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. NIT Manipur reserves the right to reject any or all the application without assigning any reasons thereof. Selected candidates will be required to join immediately.
