Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Mathematics with a consistently good academic record and a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the Master’s degree. The candidate who has cleared the NET exam or GATE exam will be given preference (b) Age limit: Must not be over 28 years on 5th September 2022 (Relaxation for SC/ST & PH as per GOI norms).

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Junior Research Fellow in NIT Meghalaya.
How to Apply:
2. Append your self-attested scanned copies of the certificates (age proof/certificates/degrees/mark sheets), and the application form and send them to [email protected] as a single PDF file on or before 5th April 2023. The applications received after the mentioned date will not be considered further.
3. The subject of the email should be “Application for the post of JRF in SRG Project (SRG/2021/000400) in the Department of Mathematics’’
4. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
5. The shortlisted candidates will be informed through email for an interview.
6. Physical/Skype/Google Meet-based Interviews will be held. The exact time of the interview will be informed through email.
7. Candidates selected for this position may be allowed to register for the regular Ph.D. program at NIT Meghalaya based on their performance.
8. Mere possession of minimum qualification does not guarantee an invitation to the interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit and need of the project. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communication in this regard will be entertained.
