Sub: Filling up vacancies in the grade of Personal Assistant (PA) in NTRO on a Deputation basis.
1. Post Name: Personal Assistant
2. Pay Scale: The grade of Personal Assistant (PA) in the pay scale Level - 7 of the Pay Matrix in National Technical Research Organisation on Deputation basis.
3. No of post: 16
4. The essential eligibility criteria are as under:- Officers of the Central Government or Defense Services:-
(i) holding the analogous post of Stenographer grade on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
(ii) with ten years of regular service as Stenographer Grade-ll in Level-4 (Rs. 25500 - 81100) in the pay matrix.

How to Apply:
1. The applications duly filled in by willing and eligible officers in the prescribed pro format with Certification by Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority be forwarded through proper channel along with attested photocopies of APARs for the last 05 years so as to reach on the following address

2. The last date of receipt of the application is 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News, The detailed recruitment notice is also being uploaded in the ntro.gov.in website. The extension of the last date of receipt of the application, if any, will be notified/uploaded in the said Website.
3. Attested copies of educational qualifications, experience and other certificates should be enclosed with the application in support of their claim against the requisite eligibility criteria. Candidates may be required to produce original certiflcates for verification at the time of interview/selection.
4. lncomplete applications and/or those received late and/or not accompanied by supporting certificate/documents, would be summarily rejected.
5. No correspondence in this regard would be entertained.
6. On appointment, the officers are liable to serve anywhere in lndia Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate
