General Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: Candidates must possess the required educational qualification from a recognized University/Board/Institution. Knowledge of Marathi language is essential for most administrative positions. Computer knowledge and typing skills for clerical posts.
- Experience: For technical posts, relevant work experience in government/municipal bodies is desirable. For medical specialist posts, clinical experience in respective specialization is required. Fresh graduates can also apply for positions where experience is not mandatory.
- Desirable: Experience in municipal corporation or government organization. Additional certifications in the relevant field. Knowledge of local government procedures and regulations. Proficiency in English along with Marathi.

Selection Process
- Written Examination: Computer-based test covering general knowledge, reasoning, mathematics, technical subjects related to the post, and Marathi language.
