Eligibility Criteria
1. Technical Trades (Vehicle Mechanic, Generator Mechanic, Electrician, Excavator Op., Welder, Boiler Op., Carpenter, Voyage Asst.)
- Ex-servicemen/Para-military/Police: Trade work per service record with minimum 4 years of experience.
- Civilians:
- ITI Certification (min. 1 year) with 4 years relevant experience, OR
- Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with 3 years of experience.
2. Specialized Positions
- Crane Operator: Civilians need a Heavy Motor Vehicle license and 5 years experience operating hydraulic cranes (preferably >20 metric tons).
- Male Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing (3 years exp) or B.Sc. Nursing (2 years exp). OT/ICU experience preferred.
- Scientific Assistant: Diploma in Engineering (3 years exp) OR B.Sc. (Physics/Instrumentation) (2 years exp).
- Radio Operator: 12th pass + GMDSS General Operator Certificate (4 years exp) OR Diploma in Electronics Engg (3 years exp).
- Chef/Cook: Diploma (3 years exp) or Degree (2 years exp) in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts.

🎯 Selection Process
