3. Pay Scale: Level 12 of Pay Matrix (Rs.78,800 - 2,09200) (Pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600)

4. Eligibility criteria: Officers from Central /State Governments, Autonomous Organizations, Research Institutions, Universities, Statutory Bodies holding:-
