Regular Posts

Lecturer in Rehabilitation Psychology (Level-10)

• Two-year M.Phil. in Clinical/Rehabilitation Psychology from reputed institution (NIMHANS, CIP Ranchi, NIEPID etc.) OR Ph.D. in relevant Psychology fields
• Registered with MCI/RCI
• Minimum 2 years teaching/research experience
• Age Limit: 45 years

Stenographer (Level-4)

• SSLC/Matriculation or equivalent
• Typewriting English 40 wpm; Shorthand English 100 wpm
• Desirable: 3 years experience, Graduate with English
• Age Limit: 28 years

LDC/Typist (Level-2)

• 12th class or equivalent
• Typing: 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi on computer; OR 30 wpm English/25 wpm Hindi on manual typewriter
• Age Limit: 27 years

Physiotherapy Assistant (Level-2)

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy
• 1 year experience in Disability Rehabilitation
• Age Limit: 35 years

Age relaxation applicable as per GoI norms for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen.

Contractual Posts – Key Qualifications

• Asst. Prof Pediatrics: MD Pediatrics + 4 years experience (Max Age 56)
• Asst. Prof PMR: MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma in PMR/Pediatrics + 2 years experience (Max Age 56)
• Asst. Prof Speech: PG Degree in Speech & Hearing (RCI) + 5 years experience (Max Age 56)
• Asst. Prof Clinical Psychology: M.Phil in Clinical/Rehabilitation Psychology (RCI) + 5 years experience (Max Age 56)
• Lecturer Occupational Therapy: Master's in Occupational Therapy + 3 years experience (Max Age 56)

NIEPID Recruitment 2026 – Application Fee

DD must be in favour of "Director, NIEPID, Secunderabad" drawn on any Nationalized Bank. Write name and post on back of DD. Separate applications and DDs for each post.

NIEPID Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

• Group A Posts: Screening, shortlisting (1:5 ratio), written exam if >20 apps, then personal interview.
• Group B & C Posts: Screening, merit-based (no interview as per DoPT).
• Contractual Posts: Screening, written exam if >20 apps, interview.
• CDEIC Posts: Selection on contractual basis for 12 months, extendable.
