Educational Qualification: Assistant Manager (Property Development): Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Assistant Manager (Property Business): (i) Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in any engineering discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute. OR (ii) Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute AND MBA/2 years Post Graduate Degree in Management from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology /Computer Science Engineering from a Govt. Recognized university/institute OR Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent in computer applications from a Govt. Recognized university/institute. Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant from ICAI or Cost & Management Accountant from ICMAI. Section Engineer (Civil & Track): Three years diploma in Civil engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Section Engineer (Rolling Stock): Three years diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Section Engineer (Signaling & Telecom): Three years Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Section Engineer (Electrical): Three years Diploma in Electrical engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Senior Section Engineer (Property Development): Three years diploma in Civil engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Senior Section Officer (Property Business): Three years diploma in any engineering discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute OR Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute AND MBA/2 years Post Graduate Degree in Management from a Govt. recognized university/institute. Revenue Inspector: Three years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent OR BSC Hons in (Physics/Chemistry/ Maths) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry/ Maths) from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. Fire Safety Inspector: B.Sc (Three year course) from a Govt. recognized University with one year Fire Safety Course from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute.
Pay Scale: INR 40000-160000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
