1. Method of Recruitment

Deputation (2nd Method) – Only serving officers from Central Government, State Government, or Union Territory Administration are eligible.

2. Essential Qualifications

• Officers holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR
• Officers with 8 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment as Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) in Level 2 (Rs. 19,900–63,200) or equivalent.

3. Age Limit

Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

4. Period of Deputation
