1. Post Name: Guest Faculty

2. Qualification: Department of Law, NEHU, Shillong for teaching Law subjects in Five Year Integrated B.A. LL. B (Hons) Course (March-June,2022) with the following qualification

3. Essential : 

i. LL.M with at least 55% (for General candidates) and 50%o (for SC/ST/OBCQ.{on Creamy Layers)/Differently Abled candidates) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Master's Degree level from an Indian University or an equivalent Degree from an accredited Foreign University.

ii. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the Candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) (LAW) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.

iii. Candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phi/Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 20091201612018 shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for Recruitment.

5. The remuneration would b" @ Rs. 1500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
