A walk-In Interview for temporary post on contractual basis has been scheduled to be held on 19/02/2022 for the post of Technician-I under All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) on Ergonomics and Safety in Agriculture (ESA), NERIST Centre operative in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, NERIST. The details of the post and qualifications are given below:

North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) is a science and technology-oriented higher education institute in Nirjuli, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. It was established in 1984. It is a deemed university, autonomous and controlled by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education. The institute is managed by a Board of Management, comprising representatives of MHRD. The state governor of Arunachal Pradesh is the de facto head of the highest body, NERIST Society, which consists of education ministers of all North Eastern States. The Board of Management is headed by the Chairman, Air Marshal (Retd.) Pranab Kumar Barbora.
The undergraduate programmes of Engineering are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
