Clinical Psychologist: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university registered under the Rehabilitation council of India (RCI).
Occupational Therapist: Bachelor or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (OT) from a recognized University or Institute and registered under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Speech Therapist: BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) from a recognized University and registered by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

NFR was formed in 1958 by amalgamating two railway systems: the Assam Railway and the Northeast Frontier Railway (old). Over the years, it has undergone many changes and expansions to meet the growing transportation needs of the region.

Today, NFR has a total route length of around 4,000 km and operates both passenger and freight services. It has also undertaken several initiatives to modernize its infrastructure and improve the quality of services offered to passengers and freight customers.
