Educational Qualification:
Level 5 or 4 (GP Rs. 2800 / 2400): Candidates Should have Graduate or equivalent examination passed from a recognized university/institution.
Level 3 or 2 (GP Rs. 2000 / 1900): Candidates Should have Passed Class 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/Institution.
Level 1 (GP Rs. 1800): Candidates Should have Passed Class 10th (matriculation) or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Pay Scale:
INR
5200-20200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 25 Years.

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is one of the 18 railway zones in India. It is headquartered in Maligaon, Guwahati and covers the northeastern states of India, including Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Meghalaya, as well as parts of West Bengal and Bihar.
NFR was formed in 1958 by amalgamating two railway systems: the Assam Railway and the Northeast Frontier Railway (old). Over the years, it has undergone many changes and expansions to meet the growing transportation needs of the region.
Today, NFR has a total route length of around 4,000 km and operates both passenger and freight services. It has also undertaken several initiatives to modernize its infrastructure and improve the quality of services offered to passengers and freight customers.
