Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
There are two tiers of educational qualifications required based on the specific sport/category:
- For Archery, Athletics, and Boxing: Must have passed Class 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination from a Govt. recognized Board/Council/Institution.
- For Cricket and Golf: Must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age Reckoning Date: 01 July 2026
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) as per Government of India rules.
3. Sports Eligibility
Candidates must have represented the State/National/International level in the respective sports discipline. The sports achievement period is valid from 01 April 2023 onwards.
Selection Process
