Medical Director, Central Hospital, Maligaon, for & on behalf of President of India invites applications for engagement of Honorary Visiting specialists (HVS) in each of the specialties of Dermatology, Neurology and Gastroenterology. 1. Post Name: Honorary Visiting specialists 2. Educational Qualifications & experience a) Super-specialist – minimum qualification will be Post Doctoral qualification, DM /MCh or equivalent. b) Post-graduate degree from recognized university. Minimum 3 years experience in the professional work related to concerned specialty in case of post graduate degree 3. Hours: 2/4 hours a day for 6 days/week 4. Hours: 2/4 hours a day for 4 days/week 5. Hours: 2/4 hours a day for 2 days/week 6. Tenure of working:- Each time the offer is given for a year only. After expiry of one year, extension can be given on yearly basis subject to age limit. 7. No. H/207/6(B)/2018 DATED 16-12-21

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) is one of the 18 railway zones in India. It is headquartered in Maligaon, Guwahati and covers the northeastern states of India, including Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Meghalaya, as well as parts of West Bengal and Bihar.
NFR was formed in 1958 by amalgamating two railway systems: the Assam Railway and the Northeast Frontier Railway (old). Over the years, it has undergone many changes and expansions to meet the growing transportation needs of the region.
Today, NFR has a total route length of around 4,000 km and operates both passenger and freight services. It has also undertaken several initiatives to modernize its infrastructure and improve the quality of services offered to passengers and freight customers.
