Northern Coalfields Limited (A Subsidiary of Coal India Limited) invites applications for engagement of one (01) Full Time Advisor (E&M/CHP) from retired executives of E&M discipline of E8/E9 grade from CIL & its subsidiaries, PSUs/autonomous organizations of Central/State governments on fixed tenure basis for an initial period of one year which may be extended upto two years depending upon requirement and satisfactory performance. VRS optees will not be considered. 1. Name of Post : Full Time Advisor (E&M/CHP) 2. No. of Posts :01 (One) 3. Nature of work : As Full Time Advisor (E&M/CHP), services will be utilized for assistance/advice to Directors/GMs/HODs/E&M department as per requirement on day to day basis. 4.Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical Branch OR Equivalent 5. Experience :Work experience in E&M discipline with at least 10 years' experience in Coal Handling Plants (CHP) at CIL & its subsidiaries, PSUs/autonomous organizations of Central/State governments. 6.Remuneration and Benefits other : Consolidated monthly compensation/ Honorarium a) Retired E-9 grade executive - Rs. 1,20,000/ b) Retired E-8 grade executive -Rs. 1,05,000/-
