Welder (Gas & Electric): Candidates Must Have Passed Class 8th With ITI (Welder) Form Recognized UP or MP Based Institute Only.
Fitter: Candidates Must Have Passed Class 10th With ITI (Fitter) Form Recognized UP or MP Based Institute Only.
Electrician: Candidates Must Have Passed Class 10th With ITI (Electrician) Form Recognized UP or MP Based Institute Only.
Motor Mechanic: Candidates Must Have Passed Class 10th With ITI (Motor Mechanic) Form Recognized UP or MP Based Institute Only.

Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) was started in 1985 and is a subsidiary of Coal India. Its headquarters is in Singrauli. Earlier it was an area of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL).
NCL produces coal through mechanized opencast mines but its commitments towards environmental protection are total. It is one of the very few companies engaged in mining activities, which has got unified Integrated Management System (IMS) for simultaneous management of economic, environmental and occupational health and safety.
Northern Coalfields Limited through its community development programs, has significantly contributed towards improvement and development of the area. It is helping local tribal, non-tribal and project-affected persons in the overall improvement of the quality of their life through self-employments schemes, imparting education and providing health care.

Amongst other, the Universal Simulator installed in its in-house training center is one of its kinds in Indian coal industry.It’s not only the black diamond that concerns NCL, but the company has always realized its deep responsibility towards the society around it.The company serves the indigent society in and around its operational area, through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) to fulfill the dreams of inclusive and sustainable development. The CSR expense of the company in last fiscal remained at more than ₹700 million.
