Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Deputy Manager (Civil Construction): B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Construction with minimum 8 years post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector, including 3 years site experience in Civil Construction.
• Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with minimum 8 years post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector, including 3 years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Mechanical area.
• Deputy Manager (Electrical Erection): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with minimum 8 years post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector, including 3 years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Electrical area.
• Assistant Manager (Operation/Maintenance) – Mechanical: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering/Thermal/Power Engineering etc. with minimum 5 years post-qualification executive experience in power project/plant of capacity 200 MW or more.
• Engineer (Electrical Erection): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with minimum 3 years post-qualification executive experience in Electrical Erection at site in major infrastructure projects.
• Assistant Officer (Safety): B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline with Diploma/Advance Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute/Regional Labour Institute, Govt. of India. Experience not specified.
• Additional: Candidates from Govt/PSUs must provide NOC and meet specific pay scale experience requirements. Age relaxation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process is multi-stage and may include application shortlisting/screening based on qualification, marks, and experience. NTPC reserves the right to conduct a written/computer-based test, personal interview, or combination thereof. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee shortlisting. Before joining, candidates must undergo a medical examination by the NTPC Medical Board, whose decision is final. No TA/DA will be paid for attending selection processes.

• NOC from Current Employer (for Govt/PSU employees)
• Pay Scale Circular/Matrix (for Govt/PSU employees to verify service)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
