Educational Qualification: Officers from All India Services or any Organized Services of the Government of India are eligible for the Central Staffing Scheme. (i) At least 10 years of experience in Administration. (ii) At least 3 years of experience in Land acquisition and disposal, dealing with Estate/Property matters.
Pay Scale: INR Level-12 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.

Eligible officers have to submit their application along with detailed biodata, cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and CR dossier for the last five years. The application must include a complete proforma and confirmation that the officer has completed the ‘cooling-off’ period if previously on deputation.
