Educational Qualification: Officers from All India Services or any Organized Services of the Government of India are eligible for the Central Staffing Scheme.
(i) At least 10 years of experience in Administration.
(ii) At least 3 years of experience in Land acquisition and disposal, dealing with Estate/Property matters.
Pay Scale:
INR
Level-12 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.

Eligible officers have to submit their application along with detailed biodata, cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and CR dossier for the last five years. The application must include a complete proforma and confirmation that the officer has completed the ‘cooling-off’ period if previously on deputation. The office of the Custodian of Enemy Property for India, worked under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce up to October 1969, from November 1969 to February 1973 under the Ministry of Foreign Trade, from March 1973 to June 2007 under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and thereafter, it was transferred to Ministry of Home Affairs by a Presidential Notification dated 28th June 2007.
