Deputation/Absorption: From amongst regular Group 'D' employees in the office of the Registrar General, India/ Ministry of Home Affairs failing which from regular Dispatch Riders of Group 'D' employees in other Ministries/Departments of the Central Government who possess: - (a) Valid driving license for motorcycle/ auto rickshaw; and (a) Two years' experience in driving motor cycle/auto rickshaw

1. Dossiers for the last 5 years, Vigilance clearance eg 1 certificate and cadre clearance.
