Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

The candidate must fulfill all of the following eligibility conditions for engagement as Advisor at Ordnance Factory Chanda:

• Required Rank: The candidate must be a retired revenue official, not below the rank of Naib Tahsildar or Dy. Tahsildar, who has previously served within the territorial jurisdiction of the Maharashtra State Revenue Authority.
• Documentary Proof of Rank & Service: The applicant shall submit documentary proof of rank and service, duly attested by the concerned District Tahsildar or District Collector.
• Clean Record Declaration: The applicant must submit a declaration confirming that no departmental, vigilance, or criminal proceedings are pending against him/her and that there is no conflict of interest in respect of the subject land.
• Relevant Experience: The advisor must possess adequate work experience in the relevant field of land mutation, bifurcation, and revenue record handling.
• Physical & Mental Fitness: Personnel engaged must be physically fit and mentally agile to perform the assigned tasks efficiently.

Scope of Work for the Engaged Advisor

The Advisor shall be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Ensuring mutation of land transferred to Ordnance Factory Chanda in favour of Munitions India Limited in the State Government revenue records.
2. Collecting and verifying land bifurcation details and related records from Ordnance Factory Chanda.
3. Preparing and submitting applications, affidavits, maps, annexures and other requisite documentation before the concerned Revenue Authorities.
4. Liaising and coordination with the Office of the Tahsildar, Sub-Divisional Officer, District Collector and other competent authorities for expeditious disposal.
5. Responding to objections, queries, or deficiencies raised by revenue authorities within reasonable time.
6. Submitting weekly progress reports to the designated officer of the Unit.
7. Submitting a final completion report along with certified copies of mutation entries and updated revenue extracts (7/12 or equivalent) reflecting the name of Munitions India Limited.

Selection Process & Engagement Procedure

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidate will be done through Interview / Interaction. Suitable candidates from among the applicants will be shortlisted based on their credentials and called for the interview.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through post or e-mail for an interview in due course. Mere submission of the application does not guarantee a call letter.
• Document Verification: Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents will be conducted at the time of document verification in the factory. Admission to all stages of the selection procedure is purely provisional.

• Contract Termination: The engagement can be terminated at any time by either party by giving one month's notice or by paying one-month remuneration in lieu of notice.
• No Permanent Absorption: The engagement will not confer any right on the personnel to claim the status of a regular employee. There is no commitment for extension of the contract period.
• Competent Authority: Ordnance Factory Chanda reserves the right to adopt any alternative lawful mode of selection in part or in whole, in case of contingency.

• LTC/LTA Facilities; Grant of Study Leave; Sponsorship for Higher Studies
• Any other benefits admissible to regular employees not specifically mentioned in the advertisement
• Absorption as permanent employee or extension of contract term
