Educational Qualification: 12TH
Online applications are invited from the eligible employees of the Court holding Group-C posts (Level 1 to 3) for appointment to the post of Assistant Court Officer in the Pay Level-4 of 7th PRC plus usual allowances as admissible under rules through a limited competitive examination in terms of Rule 6(H)(3) of the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and other Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2021.
1. Post Name: Assistant Court Officer
2. All such employees who have completed two years of regular satisfactory service and possess knowledge of Computer can apply for the post of Assistant Court Officer.
3. The minimum qualification for the post is Intermediate from a recognized Board/ University.
4. The Praveshika, Sahitya Bhushan and Sahityalankar degree obtained from Hindi Vidyapith, Deoghar shall not be treated as valid qualification to be equivalent to Matric, Intermediate and Graduation, respectively.

How to Apply:
1. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the candidates shall be the closing date for filling the application form i.e. 02.04.2022.
2. Further, the candidates are required to furnish the period of service rendered in the Court Officer's Office, if any.
3. The Court Officer is directed to issue experience certificate to the concerned upon his satisfaction after verifying the details furnished by the candidates in the format enclosed herewith.
4. Applicants are directed to submit the online application by following the instruction given on the official website of this Court i.e. www.patnahighcourt.gov.in
5. The link for submitting the application online shall remain active for 7 days i.e. from 26.03.2022 to 02.04.2022.
