All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna Invites Application for 18 Security Officer and Various Posts

Candidates must apply offline through proper channel. Applications received through any other medium will not be accepted.

1. Download Application Form: Download the prescribed application form (Annexure-I) from the official AIIMS Patna website: www.aiimspatna.edu.in.
2. Fill the Application: Fill the application form carefully with accurate details. Enclose a short note (approx. 100 words) on areas of experience beneficial to AIIMS Patna.
3. Attach Documents: Attach the following mandatory documents:
   • Vigilance Clearance in the prescribed format (Annexure-II).
   • Attested photocopies of APARs for the last 5 years (duly attested by an officer of the rank of Under Secretary or above).
   • Comparative pay scale certificate from Finance/Accounts Department (if not following Central Pay Scale).
   • Latest salary slip.
   • Any other relevant documents.
4. Send by Post: Send the completed application through Speed Post/Registered Post only to:

5. Superscription on Envelope: The envelope should be superscribed with "Application for the Post of ______ on Deputation Basis".
6. Submit Before Deadline: Ensure the application reaches the address within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement on the official website (i.e., by 10 September 2026).

Note: No advance copies will be accepted. Applications without Vigilance Clearance and attested APAR copies will not be considered.

• Deputation Basis Only: This recruitment is for deputation from Central/State Governments, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, etc. Candidates must apply through their parent department's proper channel.
• Vigilance Clearance: Applications without Vigilance Clearance in the prescribed format (Annexure-II) will be rejected.
• APAR Dossiers: Attested copies of APARs for the last 5 years are mandatory.
• Application through Proper Channel: Applications must be forwarded by the parent department. No advance copies will be accepted.
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on the last date of application.
• Pay Scale Certification: If not following Central Government Pay Scale, a comparative pay scale certificate from the Finance/Accounts Department is required.
• Post Qualification Experience: Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
