Experience Requirements

Level II (Deputy Consultant): Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Techno-economic project appraisal/evaluation/choice of project involving large investments in oil & gas pipelines, storage, marketing infrastructure/CGD.
• Policy formulation in government related to petroleum products/natural gas.
• Development/formulation of regulations or familiarity with latest technological developments in oil & gas.
• Setting up of city gas distribution network, its operation and maintenance.
• Operation and maintenance of oil & gas pipelines.
• Fostering consumer interest in infrastructure.
• Drafting of technical standards/safety codes pertaining to oil & gas pipelines & installations.

Level III (Consultant): Minimum 6 years of experience in the same areas as above.

Desirable: Exposure to Competition Law.

Age Limit
