Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior Resident: Recognized medical/dental qualification, registration with MCI/SDC, and MD/MS or MDS in the concerned specialty.
- Senior Medical Officer: MD/MS (Medicine/Surgery).
- Junior/Senior Demonstrator: Qualifications vary by department (medical or non-medical route). Medical route requires MBBS/MD/MS with registration. Non-medical route requires MA/MSc/MVSc/PhD in the relevant subject.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of 13 November 2026, with applicable relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ex-servicemen/Central Govt employees.
- Qualification Cut-off Date: Candidates must possess the required qualification and provide the pass certificate by 31 December 2026.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection is based on a two-stage process:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 75 marks (50 questions, 1.5 marks each, 0.25 negative marking), conducted on 5 December 2026.
- Departmental Interview & Assessment: 25 marks.
Only candidates qualifying separately in both stages will be considered for final merit, calculated out of 100 marks. Shortlisting ratio is 1:3 (department-wise and category-wise). No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Candidates must keep the following documents ready for online application and subsequent stages:
- Matriculation / 10th certificate and marksheet
- 10+2 certificate and marksheet
- MBBS, BDS or other prescribed undergraduate qualification certificates
- Relevant MD/MS, MDS, MA, MSc, MPH, MHA or PhD certificates, as applicable
- Relevant experience certificates
- Medical Council or Dental Council registration certificate, where applicable
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificates, where applicable
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates serving in Government bodies, where applicable
