Educational Qualification: a. Bachelor of Laws qualification in 10+2+5 years pattern from any National Law University / recognized University /College / Institution. b. Registration with Bar Council.

Experience: Minimum seven years of experience in handling predominantly commercial matters in a responsible capacity viz. as a legal professional (preferably in govt. organizations) or as a partner of law firms, advocates, etc. The experience shall be counted from the date of registration with Bar Council.
