Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Broadcast Assistant
- Essential: Graduation from a recognized University.
- Desirable: One year experience in Broadcasting or Electronic/Digital Media related work. Proficiency in Computer.
- Age Limit: 21 – 40 years as on Date of Notification.
Eligibility for Post Production Assistant (Graphics)
- Essential: Degree/Diploma in Visual Arts/Multimedia/Design/Animation/Graphics.
- Desirable: Two years Experience in TV/Doordarshan/Video Programme Production.
- Age Limit: 21 – 40 years as on Date of Notification.
Eligibility for Anchor/Interviewer/Compere
- Essential: Graduation from a recognized University with good communication skill in Bengali & Hindi/English.
- Desirable: One year experience in anchoring or presenting of programmes in Electronic/Digital Media.
- Age Limit: 21 – 35 years as on Date of Notification.
Salary / Remuneration
- Broadcast Assistant: Rs. 2500/- per assignment (Max 7 assignments/month, limited to 84/year).
- Post Production Assistant (Graphics): Rs. 4500/- per assignment (Max 7 assignments/month, limited to 84/year).
- Anchor/Interviewer/Compere: Rs. 3000/- per assignment (Max 7 assignments/month, limited to 84/year).

Selection Process
Selection will be based on the scrutiny and screening of applications. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or presentation. Final empanelment will be done for a panel of casual assignees to be booked as per requirement.
