Filling-up The Vacancies For The Post Of Chief Executive Officer In Sitco On Deputation Basis Vacancy Notice No. 07/2022 1. Position: Chief Executive Officer/SITCO 2. Number of Posts & Location: 01 at Surat 3. Scale of pay of the deputation: Pay Level 13/ 7th CPC 4. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms 5. Tenure of Deputation: 3 years + 2 years (4th and 5th year) extendable by VC/RLDA. 6. Eligibility: Working on analogous posts or Group 'A' officer working on regular posts in Level 13 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways or Civil Engineering officers having corresponding grade and 13 years Group 'A' service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Cadre of Central Government/ Indian Railways 7. Desirable: Experience in Land Management/ Real Estate/ Project Execution. 8. Others: Deputation allowance, Care Taker allowance, Liberal lease facility including Self Lease, Conveyance Alowance/Official vehicle, Liberal medical facilities, Soft furnishing allowance, electricity allowance etc. are also available.

Willing and eligible Officers may send their applications in the enclosed Proforma (available in Career Section of website: rlda.indianrailways.gov.in) through proper channel along with attested copies of upto date APARs for last five years to Jt. General Manager (HR). Rail Land Development Authority, Unit No.-702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-II, DMRC Building. Ajmeri Gate. Delhi-110002 by 08.07.2022. Applications alongwith its enclosures in single PDF File (Maximum size 20MB) may be forwarded on email id: [email protected] on or before the last date.
2. Applications received through proper channel and with verification of service particulars, SPE/D&AR/VIGILANCE clearance and enclosure of APARS will be preferred. However, a copy of application may also be sent in advance for timely processing of selection. On selection, the applicants will be allowed to join SITCO after NOC, vigilance/ D&AR clearance, and relieving by parent office.
3. Tentative date of interaction/interview: a short notice after 08.07.2022.

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant Railway Land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures.
RLDA has since been constituted in terms of Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006, as amended on 5.1.2007. The Rules for functioning of RLDA have also been notified in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 4.1.2007.
Indian Railways (IR) has approximately 43,000 hectares of vacant land. Land which is not required for operational purposes in the foreseeable future would be identified by the zonal railways and the details thereof would be advised to Railway Board.
