Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Protection Officer
- Essential Qualification: Law Graduate (LL.B) OR Masters in Social Work (MSW) from a University established by law in India.
- Language: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
- Provisional Candidates: Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the required educational qualification are also eligible to apply, but must produce proof of passing before the competitive examination.
Salary/Stipend
- Pay-Matrix Level: L-11 (Grade Pay -4200/-).
- Probation Period: During the probation period, a fixed monthly salary (Fix Pay) will be payable as per State Government rules.
Age Limit
- As on: 01 January 2027
- Minimum Age: 18 years.
- Maximum Age: 40 years.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS Male of Rajasthan; 10 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS Female of Rajasthan; 5 years for General Female. One-year additional age relaxation is granted due to non-advertising. No upper age limit for Widows and Divorced women.

- Reserved Category (SC / ST / BC-NC / MBC-NC / EWS / Sahariya) of Rajasthan State: Rs. 400/-

Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected through a written competitive examination (Offline/Online).
- The exam will be objective type (MCQs).
- Negative marking is applicable (1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer).
- Minimum passing marks: 40% in each paper.
- Merit list based on written exam marks.

- Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process.
- Fill the detailed online application form, upload a live photo, signature, and left thumb impression scan.
- Pay the non-refundable OTR/application fee online.
- Take a printout of the final submitted application form.
